My Online Fitness Training focuses on convenience - think about how convenient it would be to have a Personal Fitness Trainer who can train you wherever you are using your cell phone! That is what I offer - live inter-active- streaming video conference Personal Fitness Training. My name is Loren Lloyd, from the Greater Toronto Area. I have been a certified, licenced, insured and registered Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist since 1999. If you need help with weight loss, toning up specific bodyparts, or maybe want to build some muscle, I can definately help you out. All that is required of you : - having an attainable fitness goal. - cell phone with FaceTime, WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom. - the desire to want to get into shape. - some basic work out equipment.
Only for first time users, the first session is free.

 Weight loss programs include Live online instruction workouts via Facetime, Zoom, Skype and or Whatsapp, monthly meal plans with grocery list and weekly cardio instructions.

Build Muscle

 My muscle building programs also include live instruction workouts online  via Facetime, Zoom, Skpye and or Whatsapp, monthly meal plans and grocery lists which include junk food treats.

Weight Lifting

 All clients must have some type of home equipment available to use for our live online  workouts.

This  program is designed specifically to tighten, firm up and strengthen a womans buttocks, quadriceps, hips and hamstrings using several exercises performed 2-3 days each week instructed by me live via Facetime, Zoom, Skype and or Whatapp.

Program to help women who want/ need to lose weight. Includes monthly meal plan, grocery list, weekly cardio schedule and 3 weekly live workouts using Facetime, Zoom, Skype and or  Whatsapp.
